We welcome you to join us for our Weekly Workshops on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. these break down the subject material into bite size pieces in 6, 1-hour blocks broken down over several weeks at our location. This workshop can be on your own, or in a group.
You can host Your own Event, If you have a group of people that could benefit from our services as a team building activity, schedule your own workshop. We welcome you to contact us with any questions you may have in customizing your workshop and/or to book a workshop with us. We offer your choice of either Onsite or Remote (your) locations for you convince. (Min of 10 participants)

We have a suggested donation of $25 per attendee, or $200 / hour (whichever is higher); however, if this is out of your budget, thanks to donations from others, we have scholarships available (you just need to ask).
In our women’s self-defense workshops, we teach women how to recognize danger, avoid bad situations and how to react when the situation turns violent. The workshops focus on a women’s size, strength and mental condition when under attack. We guide women on how to deal with verbal confrontations and personal weapon effectiveness. Our program teaches women how to neutralize the most common attacks; ranging from having your arm grabbed, to being pinned on the ground. Women can start the program at any time without previous experience, starting at age 12 and up.
Situational Awareness One of the first things to teach your teenager about self-defense is situational awareness. Be sure to stress to them the importance of always knowing what’s going on around them even if they are out with friends. Teens like to focus on the fun and often don’t pick up on clues that danger is lurking nearby. Our children are susceptible to self-image issues, vulnerability, feelings of awkwardness, and peer pressure. Teaching them with confidence is critical. This course coaches our youth on how to make smart decisions and how to defend against the various risks they may face. (Ages 12-17)
Tactical Krav Maga is presented by Robert Koski of Krav Maga of southern Colorado, Our Law Enforcement Krav Maga self-defense course is designed to quickly and effectively teach law enforcement and military personnel the principles of Krav Maga that can protect them in the line of duty. Lessons include defense against a variety of armed and unarmed attacks, and use of force issues will be incorporated.
In our self-defense Basics Workshops, is1-2 hours where we teach how to recognize danger, avoid bad situations and how to react when the situation turns violent. The workshops focus on a Punches, knees, elbows, and kicks Defenses against various strikes, weapons, and chokes Realistic training drills The Basics Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, our self-defense classes are intended to teach methods exceptionally effective for personal protection in the shortest possible time. Attend our worldwide courses to learn how to defend against violent chokes, grabs, and strikes, as well as serious threats armed with weapons.
