Our 360 Combative Self-Defense training program is designed to teach extremely effective self-defense while taking time to teach solid technique, this program is not to be confused with our Krav Maga program, while there are many similarities, and both programs complement each other our 101 basic classes are a martial art and focus on technique. You will receive hands-on training, learn how to function through stress, and develop the skills to fight back and win in a self-defense situation.
We offer a Krav Maga program thru the Krav Maga Alliance, Krav Maga is different. It’s designed to be easy to learn, quick to master, and have an incredibly long retention term when compared to other martial arts that rely on athleticism and constant re-training for proficiency. That’s because Krav Maga is based on the body's natural instinctive reactions to danger, threat, or pain. Krav Maga is not a martial art, but rather a practical system that prioritizes self-defense over other objectives such as gracefulness or flexibility.
One of the best ways to learn self-defense is through Jiujitsu However this not your run of the mill BJJ Jiu-jitsu-Judo program, this is not a sport, there are no uniforms, we get down to the nitty gritty of street ground defense, we train like its real. Our Kick Fit Kickboxing Program is “all fitness levels” approach to Striking and Kicking, this class is designed to drill the basics of technique at a pace that bound to keep you on your toes. this class is taught by knowledgeable coaches who give you exercises that work for YOU! your coach will be with you every step of the way to ensure you get a great work out and get results.
One of the key principles is to use any weapon at your disposal to survive an attack and to escape. This includes weapons you take away from your opponent and use against them. Starting we train students with actual objects so that they can master the techniques involved in weapon-based self-defense. An important part of Our training is to disarm an assailant. If you are attacked by someone wielding a Stick, knife or a gun, disarming the attacker is a matter of life or death.
